Infinite Endurance Coaching is the evolution of SwimBikeRun Triathlon Coaching. We rebranded to better reflect our core philosophy: building anti-fragile athletes who focus on long-term development and infinite potential, rather than short-term race survival. We specialise in coaching runners and triathletes plus other disciplines across all distances.
We coach athletes of all abilities and experience levels, from those aiming to complete their first 5K or Sprint Triathlon, to seasoned competitors targeting a Boston Qualifier or an Ironman World Championship slot. Your commitment to structure and long-term development is far more important than your current pace.
Training plans are delivered through the industry-leading platform, Training Peaks. With your own unique login ID you will be able to access training sessions on your mobile or PC / Tablet. Your plan is fully customised and dynamically updated based on your daily feedback, sleep and recovery scores, and physiological data (HR/HRV/Power). We focus on weekly micro-adjustments to your plan which will to ensure optimal adaptation and avoid prevent overtraining.
Communication is a cornerstone of our service. Every athlete has unlimited communication via WhatsApp or email for urgent questions and feedback. Additionally, your plan includes regular check-in calls (weekly or bi-weekly, or a period of your choosing) to review progress and strategic direction.
Life happens. We adhere to performance development models and prioritise consistency over perfection. If your schedule changes or life stress increases, we immediately adjust your plan to ensure you maintain training continuity and recovery, rather than forcing a workout that leads to burnout or injury. Your plan is highly fluid, not fixed.
While high-quality equipment is helpful, you do not need the most expensive gear. The essentials for running are a reliable GPS watch, and a functioning heart rate monitor to ensure we can collect the accurate data necessary for customising your training zones and assessing recovery. While the essentials for Triathlon can be discussed during our call. We focus on training quality, not gear quantity. Your GPS watch will connect to your individual Training Peaks account so all sessions can be downloaded onto it for that day’s training.
